A partnership with FEMA ESF #14 Long-Term Community Recovery (LTCR) produced strategies, reports, and comprehensive recovery plans for ten Iowa communities. Additionally, the ESF #14 community recovery toolbox was developed while working with the communities in their recovery planning. Provided by the University of Iowa.
